You guys went out of your way
On Friday I found the bike shop hadn't sent my quote on to you guys, but you went out of your way to call them direct and managed to get a voucher to me for the Saturday morning. I picked up my new bike just after lunch! I'm really impressed with this service. I don't know how many other organisations would have gone to the effort and I appreciate it.
