VACANCY: Cyclescheme partner shop liaison manager

Cyclescheme is the UK's number one Cycle to Work provider working with independent bicycle stores. Founded in February 2005 we are a small but dynamic team based in Bath.

Cyclescheme's partner stores are crucial to its ongoing development and continued success in boosting trade within the independent sector. As an expanding company Cyclescheme has created a new and exciting post, to focus existing services and tasks onto a single point of contact.

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to liaise with our partner shops that are fast approaching one thousand in number. Responsibilities will include regular correspondence and occasional site visits during client road shows and scheme launches etc. Performance monitoring, quality monitoring and handling of complaints are some of the many aspects of this varied and exciting opportunity.

Reporting to the Office Manager the Partner Shop Liaison Manager will work with initiative and focus and, most of all, demonstrate the ability to be part of a dynamic team.

Applicants should have many years experience in the cycle industry, preferably from a sales background. A confident and friendly manner is demanded from this busy role coupled to a competent degree of computer literacy.

Salary is circa £20K.
