Merry Christmas! As it is the season of goodwill I'd thought I would send you an email to thank you for all the help you have given my business this year with your scheme. The numerous companies and agencies that have presented their vouchers in our shops has been remarkable. Your level of expertise has been greatly appreciated by all concerned and I, as the owner of South Downs Bikes would like to pass on my thanks to you all.

If you've got a question about participation in the scheme as an employer or employee, try reading the online FAQ for the relevant section. If you're an employer, you can also get more information about the scheme by downloading the employer brochure, which gives an overview of the scheme. There's a box at the bottom of the page.
Before you email us, make sure you can't find the information you want on the site - it's quicker than emailing us. Honest!
