I've clicked on a link which I've received in a 'Welcome Email', why am I getting this page?
It appears the link you have clicked on to reach the Cyclescheme website is formatted incorrectly, and has taken you through to "http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/X" rather than the customised wesbite for your employer, eg. "http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/abc123"

How do I now get to my customised website?
Please amend the website address in your address bar at the top of your browser, removing the 'X' and replacing it with your employer code. For example, "http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/X" would be amended to read "http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/abc123". Once amended, hitting enter on your keyboard will redirect you to your customised website. You should arrive at the Cyclescheme Home page, with "Personalised for Employer's Name" in the top right hand corner of the page.

I've amended the link, but still cannot access my customised website...
