Cycle to Work Day 2014

As the dust settles on Cycle to Work Day 2014, we thought we’d share with you all some of the fantastic highlights from the day. Thanks to your help and support we achieved some astonishing statistics and can happily say we smashed last year’s success with an additional 4,355 miles pledged – that’s over 6 trips around the globe!

What's more, we saw a monumental effort on social media from the tens of thousands of you who got involved resulting in us reaching over 13 million people across the UK, thousands of photos being shared and #CycleToWorkDay trending on Twitter! Plus, we got some support from this chap too!

Competition winners

Throughout the course of the campaign we ran a handful of competitions to help get people excited about their cycle to work. There were prizes up for grabs during the 12-days leading up to the day, a raffle of three Foffa bikes for those that pledged to take part and a photo competition in conjunction with Cycles UK to win a Whyte Fairfax. The full list of winners are over on the Cycle to Work Day website, but we couldn't resist sharing the winning photo entry with you here. Congratulations to Simon Millman for this cracking snap!
