July saw industry trade publication, BikeBiz, name the 30 rising stars of the bike trade under 30 years of age. Laurence Boon, Relationship Manager for Cyclescheme's suppliers and Partner Stores beat off the competition to secure a place in this coveted list.

Laurence joined Cyclescheme in October 2009. On the road for 188 days in his first year, Laurence was instrumental in spreading the Cyclescheme message to clients and Cycle to Work scheme participants.

Laurence works closely with major bike manufacturers and dealers throughout UK to ensure the core objectives of the Cycle to Work Scheme remain at the forefront of the cycling world. Through press, promotions and innovative campaigns that never stray from Cyclescheme’s ethos, Laurence has helped keep the Cyclescheme philosophy as strong and as relevant as ever.

He has shown incredible dedication, knowledge and an unrivalled passion for everything cycling related. Through his pioneering, yet ethically rooted ideas he continues to contribute to the success of the business.
