The bike was not assembled properly, everything was loose and it was not safe, had to do this myself at home.

My initial bike was unavailable so chose a cheaper oe but couldn't then reduce the value of my voucher as I wanted to without reapplying

Hard to know what was covered by certificate and kept having to remove unauthorised items from cart for 30 minutes by trail and error.
