I would never buy a bike from Ribble again. The communication has been terrible and they have delivered my bike with components not ordered.

Besides the delivery time Ribble has been great. There’s a parts shortage, so understandable. Great bike though.

Nobody seemed interested in me not being able to check out. Ended up sorting it myself after 3 weeks of waiting. Delivered fast afterwards.

The issues on delivery were based on global supply chain issues, but general comms could have been better (more proactive).

Initial communication was great, but as delays hit, found they just bounced delivery date monthly rather than offer new, accurate estimate.

the Ribble products are beautiful and functional and generally fairly priced, however the customer service and communication was appalling.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Ribble were awful in stringing out the delivery and misleading build time.

External factors impacted the speed of the build (over 10 months wait), usually with no explanation or further incorrect completion dates.

This is the worst consumer experience I have ever had and I would not recommend Ribble to others.

Communication was frequent, but info was inconsistent between the emails I received and those given on my account at their website.

Terrible communication (also took 2 months for delivery) but Live chat was helpful.

The delivery took a few weeks more than expected at first but I was expanded to all the way for the exceptional demand had caused the delay.

I received no communication from Ribble for 2 months while waiting for my bike and it was 3 weeks late when it arrived.

My experience with Ribble has been flawless, my endurance SL is a superb flying machine. Buy British you will not be disappointed!

Ribble are struggling with volume currently and communications were not acceptable. I ordered in May and received the bike 16 days late.

The options available on the gravel bike i order were excellent. Allowed you could customize the bike to your style of riding - Brilliant

Very poor service from Ribble, constant delays in the bike arriving, poorly fitted mudguards meaning the bike was unrideable.

I have visited the store in Preston. They have a great variety of bikes there which you can try. also assembly was quick and collection easy

A specific delivery date, or weekend delivery couldn't be offered. But, Ribble did dispatch the bike on my preferred day to compensate.
