Cyclescheme is the UK's most popular cycle to work benefit, creating more cyclists than any other provider.

Raleigh is one of the oldest and best-known bike brands in the world.

Established in Nottingham, England in 1887, we’re still based in our home city. Perhaps you rode a Raleigh when you were younger? People often have fond memories of their first Raleigh bike. We are renowned for our iconic bikes such as the Burner, Grifter and Chopper, as well as cutting edge designs such as the Tour-de-France winner the TI Raleigh. Joop Zoetemelk won the Tour De France riding for the TI-Raleigh-Creda team; TI Raleigh also won the team prize, setting a new record for the number of stage wins.

In the 90’s, Raleigh was the first UK cycle maker to mass produce suspension mountain bikes and to market electrically assisted bicycles. We now have a fully equipped range of e-Bikes. In recent years, we have re-launched a series of iconic Raleigh Burners, with the most recent and final replica in the trilogy being the iconic Super Tuff Burner, resonating with older and younger generations alike.

We’re now part of European based, Accell Group who own a collection of bicycle and accessory brands throughout Europe. This partnership allows us to share knowledge, technology and innovations between the brands to deliver the best possible products for our customers.

The increased collaboration between the group brands, particularly in electric bikes, means many exciting changes from Raleigh over the coming years.

Strada Hybrid Bike

Strada Hybrid Bike

On a scale of one to ten, sitting in traffic is approximately zero fun. And no amount of great music or embarrassingly loud singing can change that. No, there’s only one fix for this kind of daily commuting boredom. And it comes with a saddle. (Hint: it’s not a horse. They require way too much food.)Introducing the Strada: the urban cyclist’s dream bike.

Whether it’s livening up your daily commute or taking a slow ride along the river, the Strada is your key to conquering the urban jungle. With a fast, agile frame and an ultra-sporty riding position, this lightweight bike lets you slip through traffic with ease – no gridlock necessary. The 650b wheels have been painstakingly selected for their comfort and cushioning, giving you a ride so smooth you’ll barely be able to believe it. And when you’re ready to swap the tarmac for the trail, the 47c-wide tyres are perfect for tackling looser ground, with full mudguards to keep you clean and dry while you’re off-roading.
