Great shop, very helpful sales staff, impressive stock, but letting a new bike go out with loose steering is unforgivable.

The guy that dealt with me was great but the young girl who worked in the shop knew nothing about nothing which was quite unusual really.

Alex from Evans Cycles in Castleford was outstanding but his colleagues at both Castleford and Leeds stores were on the verge of ignorant.

Staff spent lots of time with me to ensure I got the right bike. My chosen bike was not suitable so they recommend a different make.

Not happy at all with evans cycles.when i went there with my cyclescheme voucher they gave me a bike from the display section.

This box really isn't big enough - end to end process was full of errors, issues and delays. Would definitely not recommend.

Easy and quick to use and good value for money

Problem is time taken for admin (you/Edenred) leads to unavailability of chosen bike. So possibly no safety equipment under scheme.

IT issues on collection visit so wasn't allowed to take the bike. Bike then sent to wrong shop in error. Collection delayed by 7 days.

Fantastic store and friendly staff for beginner cyclists

It takes too long, from quote to collection of my bike took 4 weeks, the bike I was quoted on was no longer in stock at the warehouse.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I never felt rushed and they were happy to discuss all my options.
