The staff in store were helpful but their IT system via their tills wasn’t fully operational. The staff seemed very frustrated

Only 2 problems, i didnt get my puncture repair kit and they have given me the wrong pump iv messaged them but still waiting for a response

I wouldn't recommend Evans Cycles. One item was missing and they supplied me with a bicycle which was unsafe and I return the bike.

Alex was great and very knowledgeable.

Double checked the bike was safe prior to release.

The only reason I gave a 3 for range is that there was only 2 bikes in the store for the type I wanted and they were both the same size.

Like all cycle shops I guess you can only stock so many brands of bike/equipment. There are a lot of other great brands out there.

Would maybe an idea to have some kind of area where a quick test of the bike could be made

Brilliant service. Knowledge great, very helpful, every visit very very helpful.

The only issue that Ihad with Evans was the pressure to complete quickly or risk losing the bike I had chosen despite placing a deposit.

It is difficult to rate the level of customer service. I had excellent customer service on 2 occassions and very poor on one occassion

It was a very good service from start to finish.

The staff were excellent and got me sorted out with a quality bike. It's just a shame it took so long to get the vouchers.

Asked to go at 3pm to pick up bike. Nobody appeared to know where the bike was and at approximately 5pm I received my bike.

Poor knowledge of bicycle meant I almost bought costly accessories I didn't need. It took over 2 hours to collect the bike - very poor.

Couldn't fault them I was even offered a cup of tea while my accessories were fitted to my bike.. brilliant first experience. .

The whole process was excellent until i went to collect my new bike and the final sales person did not seam interested.

a few issues with them suggesting mud-guards twice which didn't fit the bike

Didn't show me how to change gears etc. Even had to ask them to move the saddle.

the staff were very helpfull and helped me with a smile and even remembered me and chatted with me 2 weeks later when i picked it up.

Thought that Evans chill factor store was the best value from all the outlets that I visited and the staff went through everything with me.

They treated the cycle to work voucher , as some kind of charitable hand out .And made this clear to me .I would never go back there

Very poor service, ordered the wrong bike, had to travel 100 miles to collect the correct one. 2 hours waiting in store, ignored by staff
