Bike damaged on delivery, no way to send back for repair, I will have to spend out of my pocket to repair, Tredz didn’t seem to care.

The only issue I had was the fact that my flat/house number was missing off the box on my order, so there was a big delay in receiving it

The bike has got a scratch on the right gear shifter casing on the handlebar when arrived, nuts and bolts were not tightened.

Was repeatedly delayed. Finally rang up over a month after placing the order to be told that the bike had been discontinued.

Unfortunately had to wait a while for bike delivery, over a month.

Tredz were very helpful indeed - slight problem with the bike and they sent new tyres straight away. Very friendly and would recommend them.

Cyclescheme was brilliant. Only issue was the provider saying that they had stuff in stock to be informed last minute that it wasn't.
