Our cycle commuting celebration has been a massive success over the last decade. Thousands of commuters have made the switch to cycling to work. They’ve got fitter, reduced their stress levels, saved loads of money on commuting costs – which has never been more important – and done their bit for the environment.

Every year since Cycle to Work Day started, we’ve given away great prizes to encourage people to get onboard. And our 10th birthday is no different! From £1,800 to spend at Freewheel, a bike up to value of £1,500 from Freewheel, to bike hire membership, books, bike locks and lots more, we have lots of epic cycling prizes waiting for you to win when you cycle to work on August 4th.
How to take part
At the heart of Cycle to Work Day is our free Love to Ride online community. Here you can log a ride, set a cycling goal, share photos or shout about your reason for riding.
